It’s A Scam! This Is Where Wizkid Got That ‘Fxck Your Girl’ Tweet From

Wizkid caused a stir in the industry with a tweet that was termed to be a shade for TeeBillz, ex-husband of Tiwa Savage . We are here to tell you the fact about the tweet which you have not been told.
About three days ago, Wizkid tweeted that ‘if I fxck ur girl, u’re not getting her back ‘ and rumors ran rife that it is a subliminal shade to TeeBillz. The rumor sprung from lore on the suspicious relationship that seems to have developed between Wizkid and Tiwa since her divorce.
However, the tweet has been discovered to be no shade, no subliminal but an act inspired by a line from a song that isn’t Wizkid’s. His decision to tweet the line at that time might have been intended or not; but it succeeded in tricking the public to believe that himself and Tiwa Savage have gone past the level of friendship.
The controversy-causing line ‘if I fxck ur girl, u’re not getting her back ‘ has been found to be a reformed version of a line used by American rapper, G-Eazy on a song titled Same Bitches . The song is the 14th track on Post Malone’s beerbongs & bentleys album. The American rapper featured G-Eazy and YG on the hip-hop record. G-Eazy contributed to the hook of the song and took the second verse. His line which must have inspired Wizkid to make the controversial tweet goes thus;

‘I turn into a beast, I’m a dog, I’m a pitbull
This life did it to me, I can’t switch back
If I take her then you’ll never get your bitch back‘

It is almost certain that while listening to Same Bitches , the Starboy heard G-Eazy’s line and thought, ‘ wow, nice line. ‘ Perhaps in an attempt to personalize the thought, he changed some of its element and put it out as a tweet that was easy to connect with his rumored affair with Tiwa Savage. Wizkid must have enjoyed the PR points the tweet earned him, no wonder he never saw the need to address the rumor. He must have had a good laugh about the wild rumors. Now that it has been established that the tweet isn’t about TeeBillz or Tiwa, a lot of fans must be feeling what Jay-Z felt on Story of OJ when he said, ‘ Guess how I’m feelin’? Dumbo.‘

JUST IN! Another Muslim Group Tackles MURIC, Supports Falz

Falz has gotten support from an Islamic group in the public debate about the implication of his ‘ This is Nigeria ‘ video on the religion: Islam. An Islamic group called ‘Muslim Against Terror’ has come out to defend Falz in the controversial issue that has seen a group called, Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) group threaten to sue him if he does not pull down the aforementioned video.
The MURIC group condemned Falz for using female dancers wearing Hijabs to dance ‘ Shaku Shaku’ in the ‘This Is Nigeria’ video. In a public statement made by the director of the group, the video was described as “a hate video”. The director of the group said, “this video has the potential of causing religious crisis of unprecedented dimension. It is an assault on the self-dignity of every Muslim. It is freedom of expression gone haywire.” He gave Falz an ultimatum of 7 days to take down the video.
However, in defense of Falz and in opposition to MURIC group, the Muslim Against Terror group stated that MURIC does not have an understanding of veil usage.

Read the statement from the Muslim Against Terror Group is below:

“In clear contradiction to what MURIC’s Professor Ishaq Akintola claimed, Islam or Muslim was NEVER mentioned in the video and the veil is not owned by Islam but worn by anyone who so feels, hopefully to the pleasure of Muslims and worn by nuns and sometimes forcibly doused by terrorists on their captors as happened in the Chibok case. “Where did Ishaq see Islam or Muslim in this video?
“Was this subvert threat of a possible repeat of radical and meaningless, unjustified violence by misguided Islamists in the past, a means of merely defending the Buhari administration possibly negatively affected by the viral video and defending Fulani herder-related terrorism by attempting to present the video as religiously provocative? The video was not.
“If at all the video provoked any religion it was the Christian faith, by ridiculing pastors casting out demons via grabbing female breasts, and also laying direct attacks at pastors involved in the establishment of universities which their congregations cannot attend. ”
The group urged MURIC to focus on the pressing societal issues raised in the video. In their words,
“As regards truths of value in the video, there were very many that seemed not to be digested by Professor Ishaq, including that the people are extremely poor, medical facilities are poor, that we operate a predatory neocolonial-capitalist system fueled on fraud and exploitation, bedeviled with institutionalized corruption, that criminal cases are settled in police stations and not courts, police station closing by six, no electricity, youth work multiple jobs and yet are called lazy by the president.”

Player Ratings: How Eagles fared against Libya

Player Ratings: How Eagles fared against Libya
Jide Alaka21 hours ago
Super Eagles
It was not a great match to watch – especially the first half when the Eagles had just one shot on target. But in the second half, immediately Tony Okpotu was taken off, the Eagles seemed to be infused with more energy through Ibrahim Mustapha.
Finally, on 79 minutes, the Eagles made one set piece count. The kick was taken by Osas Okoro, headed on by Emeka Atuloma, and blasted in by Sunday Faleye from inside the box.
Name Mark Narrative
Ikechukwu Ezenwa 6/10 Really had nothing to do and must have been a bit frostbitten by the end. Stayed down injured in the second half after substitute Abdulsalam Omar had a pot shot at goal from all of 40 yards.
Orji Okagbue 6/10 Orji was stable and cleaned up all the loose ends. Maturity would have prevented his yellow card when he followed Saleh Al Taher into the Libyan half.
Stanley Eze 7/10 Man of the match. He was solid, he was dangerous during the long throw-ins and he marshaled the defence very well. Won almost everything in the air and was quite adept at passing the ball from teh back.
Daniel James 6/10 Needed to attack more against the Libyans but a bit jittery in the Libyan half of the pitch. Though he still supplied the long throw-ins that caused some havoc.
Emeka Atuloma 6/10 Much better than the timid performance against Rwanda. Though his passes were not the best, he supplied the assist for Faleye’s 79th-minute goal.
Rabiu Ali 4/10 The 34-year-old was totally anonymous and it was a wonder he stayed until the end. He could not get the offense moving and was more of a cog.
Ifeanyi Ifeanyi 6/10 Better than against Rwanda and was unlucky to go off injured. Was his usual energetic self, covering the space between his defenders and the opposing forwards.
Osas Okoro 6.5/10 Provided the cross that led to the only goal but that was not his only contribution. He was very good against the danger man, Mohamed Aleyat.
Emmanuel Ogbuh 6/10 He provided some good crosses and seemed to have the measure of his marker. But just like the game against Rwanda, he faded in and out.
Anthony Okpotu 4/10 Was a bit more energetic than against Rwanda but still not potent or energetic enough to trouble the Libyan defenders. No positional play even though his supply was very dire.
Sunday Faleye 7.5/10 Too many slips in the first half restricted the former 3SC forward from causing damage but he was much better in the second half and then was on hand to give the Eagles the needed victory.
Ibrahim Mustapha 6/10 His energy and direct running caused the Libyans problems and he could have assisted the second goal but did not make up his mind quickly. He may have earned a starting berth against Equatorial Guinea.
Dayo Ojo 5/10 Came in bustling and earned a yellow card just seconds after coming into the fray. But his energy and willingness lifted his mates.
Augustine Oladapo NA Replaced Faleye in the 89th minute.
Salisu Yusuf 6/10 Maybe he will now know his best Starting XI but unlike the first match, he made the change that brought energy and ultimately the needed goal.
